All vehicles entering the Cordillera community enter through the gatehouses located at the Divide and Ranch. Cordillera gatehouses have two entry lanes and one exit lane. The far right lane is for property owners with electronic access credentials.
All other traffic, including property owners who do not have electronic access credentials, should use the lane closest to the gatehouse. Please slow down and use extreme caution when traveling through the gate area. Gatehouses are staffed from 5:00am - 1:00am, 365 days per year.
Those arriving after hours can request access from the Public Safety patrol officer by using the call box located at each gatehouse in the guest lane.
Electronic access to Cordillera is accomplished through the use of Transcore eGo RFID stickers. These stickers are attached to the inside of your windshield, centered near the rear view mirror. These credentials cost $25 each and are non-transferrable. They can be obtained by filling out a credential application (see below/side bar).
Once completed, bring your vehicle to the Divide Gate and a Public Safety team member will apply the credential to the windshield for you. Please complete the application before you arrive at the gate. Gate staff cannot accept payment for new or replacement stickers on site. Payment must be completed via the online application.
New and existing Cordillera Metro District, Grand Manors, Troon, and APN employees can request new community access credentials by filling out an Employee Credential Request.
Contractors, service providers, property managers, and vendors conducting regular business in Cordillera are required to register their vehicles with Cordillera Public Safety. Each vehicle in a vendor's fleet is required to have an electronic access sticker on its windshield. This allows Cordillera Public Safety to track who is within the community at all times in case of emergency. It also allows Cordillera Public Safety to monitor vendor compliance with posted work/no-work hours and holidays. A Cordillera Community Access account (see sidebar) is required for vendors to obtain new electronic access stickers and manage their existing fleet.
Bicycles must be pre-registered with Cordillera for an approved access sticker, affixed to the handlebar or affixed to a plastic ID card carried by the cyclist. When riders come to the gate to get their sticker, the following procedures must be followed:
Thank you all for your continued commitment to keeping our community safe.
